Keep​ ​in​ ​mind​ ​that​ ​while​ ​rice​ ​makes​ ​a​ ​heavier​ ​wrap,​ ​the​ ​flaxseed​ ​holds​ ​the​ ​heat​ ​longer​ ​and​ ​has​ ​a​ ​softer​ ​feel​ ​so​ ​a​ ​mix​ ​of​ ​both​ ​flaxseed​ ​and​ ​rice​ ​may​ ​be​ ​the​ ​best​ ​of​ ​both​ ​worlds!​ ​

This​ ​neck​ ​wrap​ ​has​ ​one​ ​line​ ​sewn​ ​down​ ​the​ ​middle​ ​to​ ​help​ ​adjust​ ​the​ ​weight​ ​inside​ ​when​ ​using​ ​adjust​ ​by​ ​shaking​ ​the​ ​most​ ​weight​ ​to​ ​where​ ​you​ ​need​ ​it.​ ​I​ ​find​ ​it​ ​most​ ​comfortable​ ​with​ ​some​ ​in​ ​the​ ​back​ ​next​ ​to​ ​my​ ​neck​ ​and​ ​more​ ​at​ ​the​ ​ends​ ​on​ ​the​ ​top​ ​of​ ​my​ ​chest​ ​and​ ​shoulders,​ ​but​ ​adjust​ ​it​ ​however​ ​feels​ ​the​ ​best​ ​to​ ​you.​ ​

Make​ ​a​ ​hot​ ​pack​ ​with​ ​the​ ​microwave​ ​or​ ​a​ ​cold​ ​pack​ ​in​ ​the​ ​freezer​ ​with​ ​your​ ​aromatherapy​ ​weighted​ ​neck​ ​wraps​ ​by​ ​following​ ​the​ ​directions​ ​below.​ ​


For​ ​Heat​ ​Therapy​ ​-

You​ ​can​ ​heat​ ​these​ ​hot/cold​ ​aromatherapy​ ​linen​ ​neck​ ​wraps​ ​in​ ​the​ ​microwave​ ​for​ ​30​ ​seconds​ ​to​ ​heat​ ​it​ ​up,​ ​then​ ​repeat​ ​for​ ​15-second​ ​increments​ ​until​ ​you​ ​have​ ​reached​ ​the​ ​desired​ ​warmth.

For​ ​Cold​ ​Therapy​ ​-

To​ ​cool​ ​your​ ​linen​ ​neck​ ​wrap​ ​put​ ​it​ ​in​ ​a​ ​ziploc​ ​bag​ ​in​ ​the​ ​freezer​ ​for​ ​at​ ​least​ ​one​ ​hour​ ​to​ ​have​ ​a​ ​cold​ ​pack​ ​or​ ​keep​ ​one​ ​to​ ​store​ ​in​ ​the​ ​freezer​ ​to​ ​use​ ​as​ ​needed!
